Abstract:   In this seminar, the speaker will offer general pointers on how to write a successful research proposal, talk about the application process, give points of note in preparing the application, and discuss how best to strategize your budgets. The seminar will be of vital interest to academics who are intending to apply to the RGC for research funding and it will be an opportunity for all participants, whether or not first time applicants, to ask questions about research funding applications.
