Dr. Li is the Associate Professor in the School of Educational Technology in Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University in China. She obtained her Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University, China. She is a research member of the Research Centre of Distance Education in Beijing Normal University. Her current areas of research include learning analysis, online student support, competency model of open and online education, teacher online community of practice, learner-centered pedagogy enhanced by ICT. She has published more than 40 papers in academic journals on educational technology and teacher education, and edited a book on learner-centered pedagogy in new ICT environment.

Abstract: 學習投入是教育研究、教育決策和教學改革關注的重要學習變數,它不僅是學習績效的有效預測因素,有助於解決學生學習倦怠、降低教育機構輟學率,而且已經成為很多高校教育品質評估的重要參考指標。因此,對學習投入的科學評價和有效預測非常重要。學習投入是一個多維度、情境化的複雜概念,隨著高校學習環境向e-learning環境的轉變,對於學生學習和成長更有價值的學習投入活動也相應發生了變化。這些變化將直接影響對學習投入的有效評測。與此同時,學習管理系統在高校的普及應用令記錄、監控和分析學生的線上學習投入成為可能,並引伸出這些線上資料是否能夠預測學生學習投入的研究問題。有鑒於此,本研討會對e-learning環境下高校學生學習投入的概念、結構和評測進行反思。在其基礎上,介紹e-learning環境下高校學生投入評測量表的開發與驗證過程及結果,並基於該量表所採集的香港和北京高校學生投入資料,對香港和北京高校學生的投入情況進行比較分析。最後,研討會將對學習管理系統中學生線上學習資料與學生投入變數的關係以及使用線上資料預測學習投入的可能性進行初步探索。本研討會希望能夠為高校教師、研究者和決策者開展e-learning環境下學生投入的評價與預測提供理論、方法與工具。
